Dear P.E. Teachers, Schools & Participants,
📅 Date: Sunday, 11th October 2026
📍 Venue: Shashi Manmohan Shetty Higher Education Complex, Buntara Bhavan Marg, Kurla East, Mumbai – 400070
⏰ REPORTING & REGISTRATION: 7:45 AM SHARP
All participants, P.E. Teachers and concerned school representatives are requested to report at the venue by 7:45 AM sharp and complete the registration process on time.
🚨 COMPETITION STARTS SHARP AT 8:30 AM
All events will commence simultaneously at 8:30 AM sharp. Therefore, all participants must be present, registered and fully ready before the scheduled start time. All players should carry their dso player ID signed by principal, Aadhar Card, birth certificate.
⚠️ Late reporting may affect participation in the scheduled event. Kindly maintain strict punctuality.

📲 ONLINE ASANA CODE & MUSIC SUBMISSION
To make the competition process faster, smoother and better organised, from this year onwards we are introducing an Online Asana Code & Music Submission System.
During competitions, manually collecting and sorting participant details, Asana Codes and music files takes considerable time and may delay the competition schedule.
Therefore, all participants/P.E. Teachers are requested to submit the required details in advance through the respective Age Group Google Form.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – FINAL ROUND
Final Rounds will be conducted for ALL EVENTS. Therefore, participants/P.E. Teachers are requested to submit the correct and final Asana Codes according to the Final Round requirements.
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT – PAIR EVENTS
For Rhythmic Pair & Artistic Pair, Player 1 and Player 2 must be entered together in ONE form submission. Only ONE music file should be uploaded for the pair.
❌ Please do not make separate entries for Player 1 and Player 2 and do not submit duplicate forms for the same pair.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Please enter the School Name, Gender, Player Name(s), Asana Codes and Email ID carefully and correctly.
Keep all required Asana Codes and the final competition music file ready before filling the form.
🔒 Once the Asana Codes are submitted, NO CHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Therefore, please double-check all Asana Codes, participant details and music files before clicking Submit.
📌 THE ASANA CODES SUBMITTED THROUGH THE FORM WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL.
