1. Players are requested to report on time with their DSO Id card and Entry form with proper stamp and signature of authority, Original Aadhar Card, Birth certificate.

2. AKA/AO Belts, Gloves & Shin Guards are compulsory for every participant.

3. Participants should bring their own kit.

4. The competition will follow the *World Karate Federation* rules and regulations.

5. *Only authorized sports teachers with an ID card are allowed to represent their school at the tournament.*

6. ⁠*Parents are strictly not allowed in competition and weighing area.*

*जिल्हास्तर कराटे* खेळाचे प्लेअर आय डी अपलोड करण्याची अंतिम मुदत १८/११/२०२४ पर्यंत वाढविण्यात आलेली आहे. 

ज्या शाळा महाविदयालयांनी अदयाप प्लेअर आय डी अपलोड केलेली नाही त्यांनी याच कालावधीमध्ये प्लेअर आय डी अपलोड करावेत. यानंतर कोणत्याही कारणास्तव प्लेअर आय डी अपलोड करण्यासाठी मुदतवाढ मिळणार नाही याची स्पष्टपणे नोंद घ्यावी. खेळाडु माहिती अपलोड न केलेल्या शाळेला / अपु-या भरलेल्या खेळाडुला खेळता येणार नाही याची स्पष्टपणे नोंद घ्यावी.

*Important Notice:*

*1) The player should present on time and carry all necessary documents.*

*2) It is also mandatory to have the signature and stamp of the school headmaster / principal on the sports identity card and DSO also.*

*3) Players must have KickBoxing Uniform and Personal KickBoxing Equipment (Boxing Gloves, Head Guard, Shin Guards, Mouth Guard, Hand Wrap, Center Guard-for Boys) otherwise players are not allowed to fight.*

*4) Organizers will not be responsible for loss of sports equipment and valuables.*

*5) It is mandatory for P. T. Teachers and Sports Teachers to bring their school ID card or representative letter with them otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the venue of the competition area.*

*6) Players must be medically fit on the day of the competition. Otherwise the player will not be able to play.*

*7) Only Players, PT Teacher Sports Teachers and members of the Organising committee of the competition will be allowed to enter the venue or competition area.*

*8) New weights and entries will not be taken on the day of the competition.*

*9) The decision of the Referees and Organizing Committee shall be final. It should also be noted that if there is any dispute with the organizing committee and referees for any reason, the team, players, coaches, sports teachers will be expelled from the competition by taking strict disciplinary action.*
