All player must carry DSO Entry Form and DSO ID Card original compulsory. Please maintain discipline in the premises no extra person other than coach and teacher will be allowed to enter the School premises without valid I D Card. Valid age proof is compulsory to carry for all student.
All team players must bring their own equipment and safety guard helmet is compulsory.
Match ball is compulsory to all participating each match new ball.
